Note: DKML INFRA acts as an intermediary/consultant. We are not the legal owner or developer of the properties listed unless explicitly stated.

3. Client Consultancy Agreement

When you engage us for a specific service (e.g., property search, valuation, or legal documentation):

  • Scope of Work: A separate Scope of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement will define the specific commitments towards our valuable customers.
  • Fiduciary Duty: We act in your best interest to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee that you will secure a property or achieve a specific return on investment.
  • No Legal Representation: We are not a law firm. Any legal advice regarding titles, registrations, or taxes must be sought from an independent legal professional.

4. User Accounts & Information

To access certain services (e.g., saved searches, consultation bookings), you may need to provide:

  • Full Name
  • Valid Phone Number
  • Active Email Address

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your contact details updated.
  • Take full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

5. Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information, financial data, or property preferences you share with us will remain strictly confidential. We will not disclose your data to third parties except:

Maximum Liability: Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, strikes, government regulations, internet outages, or public health emergencies.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation within 15 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Visakhapatnam. The language of arbitration shall be English/Telugu/Hindi.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted here with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
